Law enforcement activities
The purpose of the educational program is to train highly qualified lawyers in the field of law enforcement who are competitive in the labor market, who have the knowledge, skills and abilities to implement legal norms, ensure law and order in the Republic of Kazakhstan, are oriented in related fields of activity, are competent, responsible, capable of effective service in law enforcement agencies.
List of qualifications and positions of graduates
Employee and specialist of the prosecutor’s office, internal affairs, the state fire service, the anti-corruption service and the economic investigation service; teacher in educational institutions providing secondary and secondary vocational education, etc.
Sphere of professional activity
Protection, ensuring, guaranteeing the observance of the legitimate rights and interests of a person and a citizen, individuals and legal entities, the state implementing a policy to combat crime and other offenses in accordance with its competence, ensuring public order, identifying, preventing, suppressing and investigating offenses, executing judicial decisions on criminal cases, legal training and education.

Subjects of professional activity
Understanding the essence of law as a regulator of social relations, knowledge of the functions of law, the structure and elements of the legal system; knowledge of the laws of the origin of the state, forms and methods for the implementation of the functions of the modern state, the rules for the functioning of its institutions and institutions; knowledge of national and international acts aimed at protecting and ensuring human rights; knowledge of the principles of organization and activities of law enforcement agencies and understanding of their importance for ensuring public safety and law and order; possession of the skills to identify, suppress, disclose and investigate crimes and other offenses, the ability to identify, give a legal assessment of corrupt behavior; possession of methods for preventing offenses, identifying and eliminating the causes and conditions that contribute to their commission; knowledge of the socio-psychological patterns of communication, the establishment of social and professional ties; possession of the technique of effective communication, clear and accurate communication with others, including those who do not understand the law; respectful attitude to law, intolerance to corrupt behavior.
