Department of "Technical Sciences"
- “Information Systems”-4 units (doctor-1 unit, candidate-1 unit, master-2 units),
- “Electric Power Engineering”-4 units (doctor-1 unit, candidate-1 unit, master-2 units),

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
For professors
1) higher education
2) scientist (PhD academic degree)
3) the academic title of professor / associate professor of the university
4) certificate (testimony) of completion of advanced training courses (if any)
5) work experience of at least 5 years of scientific and pedagogical activity
Note:
For teaching staff in the direction of training “Training of teachers with subject specialization of general development” (Physical education):
- the title of “Master of Sports”, “Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Olympic Champion”;
For associate professor of KSTU named after academician Z. Aldamzhar:
- work experience at KSTU named after academician Z. Aldamzhar for more than 5 years.
For Associate Professors
1) higher education
2) academic or academic degree and/or academic title of KSTU named after academician Z. Aldamzhar;
3) certificate (testimony) of completion of advanced training courses (if any);
4) work experience of at least 3 years of scientific and pedagogical activity or work experience in the specialty of at least 3 years.
For Senior Lecturers
1) higher and/or postgraduate education, and/or academic (PhD academic degree) degree;
2) certificate (testimony) of completion of advanced training courses, if any;
3) work experience of at least 2 years of scientific and pedagogical activity, including at least one year as a teacher or at least 3 years in the specialty.
For teachers
1) higher or postgraduate education;
2) work experience in the specialty for at least 2 years or the presence of an academic degree of Master of Science.
THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS THAT MUST BE PRESENTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION:
1) an application (in any form) addressed to the head of the university;
2) a personal sheet for personnel records;
3) autobiography;
4) copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and/or academic degree, and/or a document on the academic title and originals for verification;
5) copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any) and originals for verification;
6) a list of scientific works and inventions (if any);
7) a medical certificate in the form No. 075 and / or a medical book;
8) a certificate on the presence or absence of information on records, issued by the Committee of Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal offense by a person;
9) a certificate of a narcological organization stating that the participant of the competition is not registered in the form in accordance with Appendix 1 to the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from a narcological organization”, approved by order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No. 272.
10) a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization stating that the participant of the tender is not registered in the form in accordance with Appendix 1 to the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization”, approved by order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No. 272.
Submission of an incomplete package of documents in accordance with the list provided for in this paragraph is the basis for refusing to accept the application in any form.
The participant of the competition has the right to provide additional information regarding his education, professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.
The documents required to participate in the competition must be submitted by August 29, 2023 (inclusive).
Non-residents are provided with a departmental apartment.
