ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
For professors
- higher education,
- academic degree (PhD),
- academic title of professor/associate professor of a university,
- certificate of advanced training (if available),
- minimum 5 years of research and teaching experience.
Note:
For teaching staff in the field of “Teacher training with subject specialization of general development (Physical education):”
Titles such as “Master of Sports”, “Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Olympic Champion” are accepted.
For an Associate Professor of Kostanay Social-Technical University named after Academician Z. Aldamzhar: more than 5 years of work experience at the university
For Associate Professors
1) higher education
2) academic degree and/or academic title of Kostanay STU
3) certificate of advanced training (if available)
4) at least 3 years of research and teaching experience, or at least 3 years of work in the specialty
For Senior Lecturers
1) higher and/or postgraduate education and/or academic degree (PhD)
2) certificate of advanced training (if available)
3) at least 2 years of teaching experience (including at least one year as a lecturer) or at least 3 years of work in the specialty
For teachers
1) higher or postgraduate education;
2) at least 2 years of work experience in the specialty or an academic Master of Science degree.
THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS THAT MUST BE PRESENTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION:
1) application (in arbitrary form) addressed to the head of the university;
2) personal record sheet for personnel accounting;
3) autobiography;
4) copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and/or scientific degree, and/or document of academic title, and originals for verification;
5) copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if available) and originals for verification;
6) list of scientific works and inventions (if available);
7) medical certificate in the form No.075 or medical record book;
8) certificate on the presence or absence of records issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal offense by the person;
9) certificate from a narcological organization stating that the competition participant is not registered, in the form according to Appendix 1 to the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from a narcological organization” approved by the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No.272;
10) certificate from a psychoneurological organization stating that the competition participant is not registered, in the form according to Appendix 1 to the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from a psychoneurological organization” approved by the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No.272.
The submission of an incomplete package of documents according to the list provided for in this paragraph is the basis for refusal, and in arbitrary form in accepting the application. The competition participant has the right to submit additional information concerning his education, professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications. The documents required for participation in the competition must be submitted no later than August 28, 2024 (inclusive).
