As part of the methodological interaction between the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev and our university, Professor of the Department of Business and Management, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Abeldinov Erlan Slyambekovich, read a lecture for the Academy’s officers and teaching staff on the topic “Coaching as a tool for effective management”.
