On April 26-27, 2024, Head of educational programs of the department “Humanities” Alibekova N.M. took part in an extended meeting of the Educational and Methodological Association in the field of education “Pedagogical Sciences”, which was held at the KazNPU named after Abai in Almaty.

The meeting included the following main topic: “On the prospects for the implementation of innovative programs within the framework of the project “Implementation of the teacher education model and strengthening its content””.

According to the program, on April 26, the event was held within the walls of KazNPU named after Abai: more than 13 reports were presented, including a report on the creation and implementation of innovative educational programs in universities participating in the project, important issues about the development and strengthening of pedagogical programs were discussed.

On April 27, the meeting was held at the Altyn Kargaly sanatorium in the format of interactive discussions, trainings, and work in project groups on the topic: “Transformation of teacher education”.

Thus, during the meeting, there was an opportunity to take part in the consideration and discussion of the Concept for the Development of Teacher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, get acquainted with the improved model of teacher education, obtain information about the experience of other universities and discuss current issues of teacher education.
