This day is a symbol of our freedom, unity and aspiration for prosperity. 25 years ago, on August 30, 1995, the Basic Law of the country was adopted, which laid the foundation for building a democratic, legal and social state.

The Constitution is not just a document, it is the embodiment of our national values, a guarantee of the rights and freedoms of every citizen. It enshrines the principles of the rule of law, separation of powers, independence of the judicial system and respect for human dignity.
