In the framework of studying the topic “Psychological cohesion in management systems” in the discipline “Pedagogical management and management in a modern school” students of the 4th year of EP PaP together with a teacher conducted team building on the topic “PaPova family”
Goal: to develop communication competencies among students that allow them to increase the cohesion of groups of the educational program 6B01101 “Pedagogy and Psychology”, using a creative approach; to establish a favorable psychological climate in the team, to increase the level of interaction between students.
