Since October 2003, he has been working at the Kostanay Social Academy as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Law and Management. In connection with the re-registration of the Kostanay Social Academy in the “Kostanay Social and Technical University Institution”, since July 2005, he has been transferred to the position of Dean of the Faculty of Law. Since May 2006, he has been appointed the first vice-rector of the same university, since September 2007, he has been appointed the president of the university. During her time at the university, she proved to be a highly qualified specialist. Bibigul Zulkarnaykyzy conducts a lot of research work and in 2005 she was awarded the academic title of professor. Aldamzhar B. Z. carried out the reorganization of the university’s management structure. Under her leadership, the quality system of students ‘ education is monitored, new learning technologies are introduced into the educational process.

Aldamzhar B. Z. constantly monitors the improvement of the socio-psychological climate in the team. She is distinguished by such qualities as: discipline, exactingness, accuracy in the execution of official questions, foresight, analytical and organizational abilities. She is attentive and sensitive to the needs of university employees, is polite in dealing with employees and students. He enjoys a well-deserved reputation among the teaching staff and students.
