On February 9, 2023, a lecture was held in the reading room of the Kostanay Social-Technical University named after academician Z. Aldamzhar on the topic “A healthy mind lives in a healthy body!”.

The main goal and task is to reveal the concepts of social and psychological well-being.

During the event, the medical psychologist of Kostanay Railway Hospital LLP Nikiforova E.E. informed the students how to realize themselves and unlock their potential, work productively, experience satisfaction, and make a certain contribution to social life.

A video presentation was shown, a relaxing training was held, the students received the necessary information and educational material.

Students were given the opportunity to ask questions, to which they received comprehensive answers.
