The purpose of the educational program is to train lawyers who own modern techniques and methods of legal support for the activities of business entities, legal support for transactions, other legal actions of entrepreneurs and their associations, protection of property rights and legitimate interests, including in the digital economy.

Accompanying, protecting, ensuring, guaranteeing the observance of the legitimate rights and interests of commercial organizations arising in the legal sphere, ensuring law and order; legal training and education; justification and adoption of decisions within the limits of official duties, as well as the performance of actions related to the implementation of legal norms.
