The original of the diploma with the application (originals) since 2011 in three languages (Russian, Kazakh, English) (an applicant who received a diploma abroad must undergo the nostrification procedure)

Persons entering the magistracy submit the following documents

a copy of an identity document
document on education (original, when submitting documents to the selection committee);
a copy of the IELTS or TOEFL test certificate (if available) and a comprehensive test certificate (at least 75 points);
medical certificate form 075-U, approved by Order No. 907;
photo 3×4 – 6 pieces
personal personnel record sheet or other document confirming labor activity, certified by the personnel department at the place of work;
list of scientific and scientific-methodical works (if any);

For college graduates entering a non-related educational program

If a college graduate does not plan to study at a university in a related direction, but chooses another group of educational programs, then he passes the UNT on a general basis.

For college graduates entering a related educational program

Admission to the University of citizens with technical and vocational or post-secondary education with the qualification of “mid-level specialist” or “applied bachelor” in related areas of higher education training, providing for reduced terms of study, is carried out by the Admission Committee of the University on a paid basis without passing the UNT.

For foreign citizens

Admission of foreign citizens to study in higher educational institutions on a paid basis is carried out based on the results of an interview conducted by the selection committees of higher educational institutions.

Those who have served military service

To enroll in a university, citizens who have served military service must submit the following documents to the admissions committee:

a document on education with an appendix (original);
identity document (required for identification);
6 photographs measuring 3 x 4 centimeters;
medical certificate in the form 075/y
a copy of the military ID;
certificate of confirmation of military service (obtained at the PSC or through the e-GOV information system).
