On May 23 the meeting of the regional interdepartmental headquarters was held to coordinate activities aimed at combating drug addiction and drug crime. Vice-rector for educational work and public relations of the Kostanay Social-Technical University named after academician Zulkharnai Aldamzhar Baikadamov Nurken Turarovich presented a report on the topic “Educational work to prevent the use of narcotic, alcoholic and psychoactive substances”.
