It is no secret that our success and happiness are inextricably linked with the ability to build relationships with different people. And building relationships is impossible without the ability to communicate. However, many of us lack communication skills, which is why sometimes annoying mistakes happen in life.

Communication skills are incredible helpers on the path to success. This is due to the fact that the ability to establish multiple contacts with any people makes it possible to win these people over, cope with shyness, inability to make contacts, find the key to any person, whether at work or in personal life; competently build your speech, based on the goals of communication; defend your positions in a conversation, without bringing the matter to a conflict; get from the interlocutor what you need, without pressuring him.

On October 10, 2024, a psychological training on the development of communication skills and abilities was held among the representatives of the student council of the Kostanay Social-Technical University named after Academician Z. Aldamzhar. In the process of interaction between students, interpersonal relationships arise, manifest and form. During the training, students exchanged thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc.

Thanks to the ability to hear a person, sympathize, come to the rescue when needed, it is possible to establish trusting and stable relationships in which it is comfortable to be. This is both friendly or love, as well as business ties. People with communication skills easily resolve conflicts and misunderstandings. At the same time, they are quite correctly able to defend their point of view, achieving what they want.

Communication skills are necessary for every person. Thanks to them, we are able to achieve success in a career, friendship, love and any everyday issues.
