Today, on July 23, 2024, we are pleased to present you with the details of the visit of the management of the Kostanay Social-Technical University named after academician Zulkharnay Aldamzhar to the Kamlit plant, which, as we know, is the construction stage of a modern high-tech production facility in Kostanay.

This plant will be an important step forward in the field of foundry production and production of main gear reducers, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the economy of the region and the country as a whole.

During the visit, the university management got acquainted with the modern equipment of the plant, discussed not only the current state of the project, but also possible prospects for cooperation that can benefit both the plant and the university itself. This includes the organization of internships and practices for students, which is an essential aspect of their professional development. Important issues raised at the meeting with the Head of the Kamlit training center, Alena Israpilova, also included career guidance activities, mutual participation in innovative projects, and the opportunity to involve students and teachers of the university in solving current problems of the production process.

Particular attention during the conversation was paid to the dual education program, which is a powerful tool for training highly qualified specialists who can successfully integrate into the work environment. This will allow students not only to gain theoretical knowledge, but also to gain practical experience, which will significantly increase their competitiveness in the labor market.

In addition, it is worth noting that within the framework of the signed memorandum of cooperation between the university and the Kamlit plant, admission of applicants to joint educational programs has already begun. These are, for example, such specialties as 6B07138 “Transport and technological machines and complexes” and 6B07137 “Operation of transport and technological machines”, which will be implemented in collaboration with the Naberezhnye Chelny Institute of the Kazan Federal University. This initiative emphasizes the desire of both parties to create a high-quality educational environment that can meet the needs of modern production.

Thus, the visit of the delegation is an important step in the development of cooperation between the Kostanay Social-Technical University and the Kamlit plant, aimed at training qualified specialists and creating an effective education system that meets the requirements of the time.
