The purpose of the educational program:

Implementation of the learning process, which provides for the training of highly qualified personnel with practical skills and leadership qualities, through the use of progressive learning technologies, as well as the training of competitive education professionals who meet the requirements for specialists with higher education in the relevant direction

The pedagogical process in educational institutions in accordance with qualifications.

 

Types of professional activity:

– diagnostic (associated with the identification of the psychological and individual characteristics of the class and the individual student);

– constructive (associated with the selection of content and the implementation of the educational process. It includes the design (planning) of the content of the upcoming activities (lessons, extracurricular activities, etc.);

– organizational (associated with the organization of the student team and their own pedagogical activities);

– gnostic (includes the teacher’s knowledge of the capabilities of students; content, forms, methods, means of implementing the educational process);

– communicative (associated with the ability to build relationships between the teacher and students, parents, colleagues);

– reflective (introspection of one’s pedagogical activity);

– control and evaluation (associated with the control of students’ knowledge and their assessment).

– research (setting and solving research problems in the field of primary education, using scientific research methods in professional activities, maintaining documentation that provides training in educational programs of primary general education; participating in research and project activities in the field of primary and general education).

 

 

Functions of professional activity:

– conducting classes in general educational institutions, the implementation of methodological knowledge and applied skills in a particular situation;

– the implementation of the education of the younger generation in the context of the development of the national idea “Mangilik el”;

– solution of specific educational tasks;

– organization of the subjective activity of younger students and management of the process of formation and development of the personality of younger students;

– research, analysis, and release of educational and methodological literature in the field of pedagogy and methods of primary education;

– planning, selection and use of various forms and methods of education and training of schoolchildren in extracurricular activities;

– possession of the skills of introspection and self-education for professional and personal growth.

 

Standard tasks of professional activity:

– organization of the educational process in professional activities;

-implementation of training and education in the field of education in accordance with the requirements of educational standards;

– study of opportunities, needs, achievements of students in the field of education;

– modeling of individual routes of training, education and development of students, as well as their own educational route and professional career;

– designing the content of educational programs and modern pedagogical technologies, taking into account the peculiarities of the educational process, the tasks of educating and developing the personality through academic subjects;

– diagnostics, correction and forecasting of the results of pedagogical activity;

– formation of an educational environment to ensure the quality of education, including with the use of information technology;

– the use of technologies that correspond to the age characteristics of students and reflect the specifics of the subject area;

– providing educational activities (including methodological ones) taking into account special educational needs;

– implementation of professional self-education and personal growth;

– analysis and generalization of advanced pedagogical experience in the field of education;

– conducting a pedagogical experiment, introducing its results into the educational process;
