Otbasу Bank is the operator of the programme “National Fund for Children!”

The programme was developed to implement the instruction of the Head of State to launch, starting from January 1, 2024, the project “National Fund for Children!”, which provides for the allocation of 50% of the annual investment income of the National Fund to special savings accounts of Kazakhstani children until they reach the age of 18, without the right of early withdrawal.

These savings can be used upon reaching adulthood, i.e. they must be accepted into personal special accounts, which Otbasу Bank consultants open and provide instructions on their further use.

To transfer the accrued funds to personal special accounts, it is necessary to:

Visit Otbasу Bank if you turned 18 in 2024 (born in 2006).

Have with you an EDS key (electronic digital signature) on a flash drive.

Students born in 2006, we are waiting for you on December 9–10, 2024, on the 1st floor of the university. Otbasу Bank employees will conduct consultations on the programme “National Fund for Children!”.
