Republic Day at the University

A solemn event dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Republic Day and the adoption of the Declaration on State Sovereignty was held at the Palace of Students of the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Academician Zulkharnay Aldamzhar.

The event was attended by Malik Nurzhanuly Otarbayev, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Bakytzhan Khaberovich Narymbetov, Deputy Akim of the region, representatives of higher education institutions, teachers, and students.

In his speech, Malik Nurzhanuly Otarbayev congratulated everyone on the holiday, spoke about the significance of the Republic Day, and noted that this holiday reminds us of our history, our culture, and our pride in our sovereign country.

After the congratulations, Deputy Akim of the region Bakytzhan Khaberovich Narymbetov presented industry awards to the University Rector R.B. Abdullin, Vice-Rector M.S. Abilova, Advisor K.K. Dzhamanbalin, and Certificates of Honor from the Akim of the Kostanay Region to the University professors.

The University Rector, R.B. Abdullin, presented letters of appreciation from the University administration for the contribution of university teachers to the development of education and science, as well as certificates to students for their outstanding academic and research achievements.

The event ended with a concert featuring famous artists and musicians.

The solemn event dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Republic Day and the adoption of the Declaration on State Sovereignty is a testament to the patriotism, unity, independence, and achievements of education and science in our sovereign state!
