On December 15, an event dedicated to the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the reading room of the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Academician Zulkharnay Aldamzhar. In a solemn atmosphere, students, faculty members, and university staff gathered to mark an important date in the history of our country, emphasizing the value of freedom, independence, and national unity.

As part of the event, historical materials were presented, and a thematic video was prepared that revealed Kazakhstan’s path to independence and the achievements of our country over the years of independent development. A special moment was the presentation of certificates to university activists by the first vice-rector, Bekov Dastan Saltanovich, in recognition of their active position and significant contribution to student life.

The event participants also had the opportunity to discuss significant events and personal impressions related to the formation of Kazakhstan’s modern identity.

Such events contribute to the development of patriotism, strengthening the sense of pride in one’s homeland, and fostering an active civic stance among students.
