On October 12, 2026, a lecture on “Human capital in Industry 4.0: from competencies to ADAL AZAMAT values” was held in the reading room of Kostanay Socio-Technical University named after Academician Zulkharnai Aldamzhar.

The lecture was conducted by Professor of the Department of Business and Management Abeldinov Yerlan Slyambekovich.
The event reviewed modern approaches to the development of human capital in the context of digital transformation and the transition to Industry 4.0. Special attention was paid to the formation of professional competencies, the development of flexible skills, responsibility, social maturity and value orientations of future specialists.

A special emphasis was placed on the principles of ADAL AZAMAT, reflecting the importance of honesty, civic responsibility, professional ethics and a constructive attitude towards society and the state.

The lecture participants discussed the impact of technological changes on the labor market, modern requirements for professional training, as well as the role of higher education in the formation of competitive, responsible and value-oriented human capital.
