The University has developed a minor “Public Services”. The minor includes 4 disciplines: “Organization of the public service”, “Legal aspects of the provision of public services”, “Office management (in Russian and state languages)”, “Electronic government of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. Disciplines are studied sequentially in the 3rd and 4th years of all educational programs. As a result of studying this additional educational program, students will master all the knowledge and skills necessary to obtain public services.

By studying the minor, the student will learn to use the portal of the Electronic Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Electronic government is a unified mechanism for interaction between the state and citizens, as well as government bodies with each other, ensuring their consistency with the help of information technology. It was this mechanism that made it possible to reduce queues at government agencies and simplify and speed up obtaining certificates, permits and much more.
