On April 29, 2026, a dialogue platform was held at Akhmet Baitursynov Kostanay Regional University with the participation of professors and lecturers from higher education institutions in the Kostanay region, dedicated to discussing proposals for the new Anti-Corruption Policy Concept of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was organized as part of the final stage of implementing the current Anti-Corruption Policy Concept for 2022-2026, as well as in connection with the development of a new program document by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.

The event was attended by the following professors from our university: Kaspayeva R.S., Dauketova Zh.B., Bayzhanov E.A., and Abildinova K.M.

The key areas of the new Concept’s formation were discussed within the framework of the dialogue platform, taking into account the principles outlined by the Head of State: “Fair Kazakhstan”, “Adal Azamat”, and “Law and Order”. The participants emphasized the importance of integrating these principles into the mechanisms of anti-corruption education, prevention, and legal culture formation.
