On February 18, 2026, in the reading room of the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Academician Zulkarnay Aldamzhar, a ceremony was held to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Academician Zulkarnay Aldamzhar, headed by Rector Abdullin Ruslan Batyrzhanovich, and the Department of Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kostanay Region, headed by Chief Karimov Rinat Abylkhasymovich.

In the second part, an open lecture was held for university students and students of the Kostanay Social and Technical College on the topic: “Prevention of Crimes, Traffic Accidents, and Submission of Applications through the Electronic Application Information and Analytical System (E-Өtinish).

The speaker was Talgatbek Sultanbekovich Nurmagambetov, Head of the Department of Legal Information in the Criminal Field.
