On December 10, 2024, at the Kostanay branch of Chelyabinsk State University, with the aim of strengthening business cooperation between universities and within the framework of studying the discipline “Psychology of professional activity”, Master of Pedagogy, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Humanities of Kostanay Social-Technical University named after Academician Zulkharnay Aldamzhar, Dubinina Irina Viktorovna, together with Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor Dubinin Sergey Nikolaevich, held a guest binary lecture on the topic “Psychology of communication in professional activity”.

The purpose of the lecture was to form an understanding of communication and its role in the life of each individual, to study types, methods, forms, and techniques of communication, including elements of practical exercises; to discuss the topic “Is it possible to completely replace ‘live’ communication with online communication?”, having previously conducted a student survey on this issue and analyzing it.
Active participation of students proved that this form of lecture allows implementing intra- and interdisciplinary connections, transferring theory into practice, making learning holistic and systematic, forming cognitive interest of students, and increasing learning motivation.
