On October 29, 2025, a lecture on the topic “Prevention of Drug Addiction and Gambling Addiction” was held at the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Academician Zulkarnay Aldamzhar.

The main goal is to educate people about drug prevention.

During the event, Kamenyuk G. A., a psychologist at Polyclinic No. 5, said that drugs have a detrimental effect on health, and even a single dose can lead to addiction.

At the end of the event, the students were given brochures with information about the dangers of drugs: What should you do if someone offers you a drug? Of course, you should refuse, explaining that it would interfere with your academic, athletic, or future plans! In their presentations, the students emphasized that a successful person is a healthy person.
