On March 18, 2024, a meeting was held in the dormitory of the Kostanay Social-Technical University named after academician Z. Aldamzhar on the topic “Cleanliness is the key to health!”.
The main goal is to comply with sanitary and epidemiological standards for living in the dormitory.
During the meeting, university health worker Muldagalieva A. R. told how personal hygiene, daily routine and proper nutrition affect a young, growing body. Information was also given on vitamin supplementation during the spring.
