On February 16, 2026, at 15:00, a meeting of the educational and methodological council was held in the university’s reading room.
During the meeting, key issues related to improving educational activities were discussed in accordance with modern requirements and regulatory changes.

The Head of the Educational and Methodological Department, N.V. Demina, and the Chief Office Registrar, N.N. Isaeva, presented a report on changes in the Qualification Requirements for Educational Activities in Organizations Implementing Higher and (or) Postgraduate Education Programs. The report provided detailed information about the current amendments aimed at improving the quality of the educational process, enhancing digitalization, and enhancing the internal quality assurance system.

The second item on the agenda was the monitoring of the activities of the academic committees of the departments to update the content of educational programs for the 2026 intake, taking into account the requirements of the National Qualifications Framework and professional standards. The heads of the educational program departments, Dzhamanbalin K.K., Smorodin V.V., Kaspayeva R.S., Komissarova O.V., and Alibekova N.M., presented their information. During the discussion, the priority areas for modernizing educational programs, strengthening practice-oriented training, and ensuring that programs meet the current requirements of the labor market were identified.

Following the meeting, decisions were made aimed at further improving the university’s educational and methodological work and enhancing the quality of student training.
