On 19.12.2024, in the dormitory of the Kostanay Social-Technical University named after Academician Z. Aldamzhar, a meeting was held on the topic: “Cleanliness is the key to health!”
The main goal is compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological rules of residence in the dormitory and the prevention of colds.
During the meeting, the Head of the Medical Center Muldagalieva A.R. and the commandant Suleimanova G.Sh. reminded resident students about the rules of personal hygiene, daily routine, and the impact of a balanced diet on the young body. Information was also provided on vitaminization during the winter period.
