Within the framework of the principles of “Law and Order” on December 11, 2025, in the reading room of the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Academician Zulkharnay Aldamzhar, a meeting was held with the senior operative of the Department for Combating Drug Crime of the Police Department of the Kostanay Region, Lieutenant Colonel of Police, Seksenova Asel Kaisarovna, the topic of the meeting: “Prevention of drug addiction among young people.”

During the meeting, university students and students from the Kostanay Social and Technical College were given booklets and shown videos about people who are addicted to drugs, the history of drug addiction, and the harmful effects of drug use on health and personal life.

The meeting resulted in students sharing their opinions, actively discussing the prevention of drug addiction, and expressing their negative attitudes towards drugs, their use, and their distribution.
