As part of the development of educational programs in the fields of 6V041 “Business and Management” and 7M041 “Business and Management” at the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Academician Zulkharnay Aldamzhar, a working meeting was held with the management of the Department of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kostanay Region.

The meeting was attended by:
Shakhmatova O.N. – Head of the Department;
Panchenko O.P. – Deputy Head of the Department;
Tkachenko E.V. – Deputy Head of the Department;
Shaikenova D.B. – Head of the Human Resources Department.

On behalf of the university, the academic committee of the Department of Business and Management and the head of the department’s educational programs, O.V. Komissarova, took part.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the development and implementation of a new educational program, Data-Driven Management, the updating of educational programs to meet modern requirements, the formation of students’ professional competencies, and the definition of qualification requirements for graduates, taking into account the needs of the labor market and the digital transformation of the economy.

Following the meeting, the parties noted the relevance of training specialists with analytical skills and data handling competencies, and expressed their interest in further developing cooperation in the field of personnel training and practice-oriented education.
