On March 19, 2026, representatives of the faculty and administration of the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Academician Zulkharnay Aldamzhar took part in a meeting of the Sectoral Council on Social Issues of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Kostanay Region.
The meeting served as an important platform for discussing current issues related to personnel training, improving the quality of educational programs, and strengthening cooperation between universities and employers in the region.
Olga Vladimirovna Komissarova, Head of the Business and Management Educational Programs, presented a report from the Department of Business and Management.
The meeting was also attended by professors from the Departments of Business and Management and Law, which allowed for a comprehensive presentation of the university’s approach to training specialists in the fields of economics, management, and law.
The agenda included key issues:
— improvement of educational programs in the fields of Business and Management and Law;
— introduction of innovations and modern approaches to the educational process;
— increasing the employment rate of graduates and measures of state support;
— presentation of the Green Playground and Children’s City of Professions projects;
— development of mechanisms for interaction between educational organizations and employers.
During the speech, the university’s educational programs were presented, focusing on training specialists who can effectively work in the modern economy. Special attention was given to practice-oriented learning, developing partnerships with employers, and adapting the content of educational programs to the requirements of the labor market.
The participation in the meeting of the Atameken Industry Council confirmed the university’s commitment to continuously improving the quality of education and actively engaging with the business community.
