Prevention of Internet Addiction, Gambling Addiction, Ludo Addiction, and Gaming Addiction among Young People

Today, an informative lecture was held at the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Academician Zulkarnay Aldamzhar, focusing on the current topic of preventing internet addiction, gambling, and gaming among young people.

The speakers discussed how to recognize the first signs of addiction, maintain a balance between online and offline life, and shared practical tips for using digital technologies safely.

Special attention was paid to the impact of computer games and social networks on mental health and social relations.
Participants were able to ask questions to experts and discuss real-life cases.
