As part of the implementation of the Tansholpan project for the development of women’s political leadership by the Women’s Wing of the Kostanay Regional Branch of the AMANAT Party, with the participation of the AMANAT Party’s Academy of Political Management, Professor of the Department of Business and Management, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Abeldinov Yerlan Slyambekovich, conducted a lesson for the program’s students.

During the session, the current issues of the public administration system in the Republic of Kazakhstan were reviewed, and modern approaches to developing managerial and leadership competencies were discussed.

The event was held in a business-like and constructive atmosphere, facilitating the exchange of experience and improving the professional training of participants in the field of public and social administration.
