Employees of the Zulkharnai Aldamzhar Kostanay Social and Technical University took part in the Qostanai Tech family science and innovation festival, which brought together representatives of the educational, scientific, industrial, and entrepreneurial communities.
The main venue of the festival was the Zhastar Saray, where an exhibition of modern innovations was organized. Leading industrial enterprises such as KIA Qazaqstan, Allur, Agromashholding KZ, and Digis showcased their advanced technologies.
The event was moderated by Ivan Chervinsky, the author of the popular blog “Alga.peterburg”, which covers the cultural life of Kazakhstan.
The festival was held in conjunction with the announced course on digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence technologies. The event was opened by the Akim of the Kostanay Region, Aksakalov Kumar Irgibaevich, who emphasized the strategic importance of digital transformations for ensuring sustainable socio-economic development in the region.
The key element of the festival was a plenary session with the participation of international experts. The speakers included the Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Rye Kwon Chung (online), and the renowned Kazakh scientist, Askar Zhumadildayev, as well as representatives from the industrial and IT sectors, including the head of KIA Qazaqstan, Kim De-Ki, and the AI expert, Temirlan Zinalabdin. Their presentations contributed to the formation of a comprehensive vision of the technological development prospects of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the global space.
The festival also focused on modernizing the education system and training personnel for the digital economy. International and domestic experts, including Mohamed Ibrahim and Nurlan Kiyasov, presented various approaches to developing human capital in the context of digital transformation.
