On October 30, 2025, the Akimat of the Kostanay region organized an expert conference titled “QOSTANAICONFERENCE: Artificial Intelligence as a Driver of Regional Growth,” which was moderated by Azamat Sovkhozbaevich Kashiev, Head of the Department of Informatization, Public Services, and Archives at the Akimat of the Kostanay region.

The Conference aims to discuss the prospects for the development of artificial intelligence, its impact on the digital transformation of regions, the exchange of practical experience, and the formation of joint initiatives in the field of innovation and technology. The Conference was attended by a delegation from the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Academician Zulkarnay Aldamzhar:
