On September 17, a round table discussion on the book by President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev “Adiletti kogamga – shynshyl soz” was held in the dome hall of the Akimat of Kostanay region. The round table was attended by Malik Otarbayev, Adviser to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Bakytzhan Khaberovich Narymbetov, Deputy Akim of Kostanay region, representatives of government agencies, scientific, educational and cultural community. Among the participants were teachers and students of Kostanay Socio-Technical University named after academician Z. Aldamzhar.

The content of the book “Adiletti kogamga – shynshyl soz” reveals the most important aspects of modern social development — from issues of legality and justice to the principles of public administration. The presented materials make it possible to trace the main directions of state policy and the views of the Head of State on the processes taking place in Kazakhstan.

The book brings together selected speeches by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, his articles and reports published in the media over the years, as well as materials from speeches at international and socio-political venues. Through specific speeches and author’s texts, the approaches of the President to public administration, social transformations and the formation of a just society are revealed to the reader.

A significant moment of the meeting was the presentation of copies of the book “Adiletti kogamga – shynshyl soz” by Adviser to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Malik Otarbayev to students of Kostanay Socio-Technical University named after Academician Z. Aldamzhar. “”Dilnaz Zhatekova, a 3rd-year student of the “Information Systems” educational program, and Ulnar Zholboldykyzy, a 4th-year student of the “Tarikh” educational program, received the publications. The presentation of the book emphasized the attention to youth and their participation in public and intellectual dialogue.
