On November 22, 2024, a round table was held at the Kostanay Social-Technical University named after Academician Zulkharnay Aldamzhar with the participation of Savitsky Andrey Ivanovich, Director of the Institute of State and International Law of the Ural State Law University, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor.

The purpose of the event was to discuss the prospects for the development of double degree education between Kostanay Social-Technical University and the Ural State Law University. Special attention was paid to the new Master’s program 7M04239 – “Law and Public Administration” and the Ural State Law University’s Master’s program 38.04.04 – “Public and Municipal Administration” (specialized track).

During the discussion, the participants emphasized the importance of cooperation within double degree programs, joint research activities, and publication efforts. Representatives of both institutions highlighted the prospects of such collaboration for training highly qualified specialists who meet the modern requirements of the labor market.

The round table concluded with confirmation of mutual interest in the implementation of double degree education and the development of academic partnership between the universities, as well as an initiative to sign a memorandum of cooperation.
