On May 21, 2026, the film “Scammers 2” was screened in the reading room of the Zulkarnay Aldamzhar Kostanay Social and Technical University for students of the Kostanay Social and Technical College and the Zulkarnay Aldamzhar Kostanay Social and Technical University, as well as for employees and teachers of the university. The event was organized with the aim of raising legal literacy and preventing fraud among young people.

After watching the film, the Law Department’s lecturers held a preventive talk with the students, during which they explained the most common schemes of Internet and financial fraud, as well as ways to protect personal data and money. The participants were reminded of the importance of being careful when communicating on social networks, using banking applications, and making online purchases.

Special attention was paid to the issues of legal liability for fraudulent actions, as well as the consequences that may arise from participation in illegal activities. The students actively participated in the discussion, asking questions and sharing real-life examples of attempts to deceive others on the internet.
